Driven by a goal to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity through AI, Infinity Motors sought a solution for handling a significant volume of out-of-hours inquiries. The previous solution of employing a dedicated salesperson for these hours proved to be unsustainable.
The company initially adopted a US import AI solution in the market but quickly discontinued its use after less than a month. After lengthy technical setup that solution failed to answer basic questions, frustrated customers, and did not effectively capture customer needs and requirements.
