Updates include:

• New customisation options for Part-exchange valuations

Generate aftersales business with AIME

We’ve launched a new aftersales capability in AIME, meaning your customers can get answers to aftersales questions and book services, MOTs are more directly through AIME and your own booking form. 

Personalised to you

We can set up a new Aftersales & Service knowledge base, like you do for AIME Sales. Tell us which locations offer aftersales, customise options by location, including opening hours and booking links so AIME can point customers to the right place. 

Route enquires to the right team

Now any aftersales enquiries AIME handles can be passed directly to your aftersales team, or via your dedicated aftersales booking process. Meaning quicker responses and avoiding internal admin transferring enquiries between teams. 

Guide customers and capture Aftersales enquiries

You can customise the prompt buttons on AIME Web, e.g. adding a new prompt such as “Book a service” to your existing prompts. AIME will also naturally capture aftersales or servicing requests, with details like name, phone, VRM, mileage and preferred location, or direct the user to your aftersales booking link.

New customisation options for Part-exchange valuations 

We’re adding new customisation options to improve how AIME handles part-exchange valuations. Giving you better outcomes and a better valuation process for your customers. You’ll be able to set which vehicles you want AIME to value and customise the valuation based on vehicle attributes. 

Decide which vehicles you want AIME to value

Include or exclude vehicles you want AIME to offer valuations for. For anything you exclude, AIME will inform the customer she can’t value the vehicle and collect contact details for your team to follow up.

Set the discount you want to offer

You can also customise the level of discount, either by £ amount or by percentage you want to offer. 

Detailed customisation to suit your needs

You can customise these options based on the following parameters. You can set rules to suit your needs to include or exclude vehicles based on these parameters. Or set ranges, e.g. only value vehicles between £5k and £35k or with a mileage under 100,000 miles. 

Customisation options:

• Vehicle type: Make, model, body type, drivetrain, emission class
  
• Vehicle history: Service history, condition, mileage, number of owners, year of first registration
• Vehicle financials: Vehicle price, outstanding finance

Finance quotes now available via iVendi

To bring greater confidence into AIME’s conversations, we’ve aligned with the iVendi APIs to deliver real time lender quotes for all finance products. This ensures full continuity between the website experience and AIME, giving customers consistent, accurate pricing throughout their journey.

It’s included in your package for existing iVendi customers with AIME Finance. If you want to enable Finance via iVendi, please reach out to your customer success manager who can get you setup.
