Keyloop, a leading global automotive technology company, has completed the acquisition of Motortech.ai. The deal will see AIME integrated into Fusion, Keyloop’s Automotive Retail Platform (ARP), enhancing retailers’ websites with our next-generation AI customer communication functionality that can replace traditional website forms.
Tom Kilroy, CEO, Keyloop, comments: “The acquisition of Motortech.ai and integration of AIME across Fusion is a significant milestone in our AI strategy. By embedding purpose-built conversational AI directly into our platform, we’re giving retailers an always-on capability that engages customers and frees sales teams to focus on what they do best — building relationships and closing deals.”
AIME joins Fusion as a purpose-built AI-powered communication platform to support automotive sales and service, helping reduce the number of leads lost as a result of slow response times and a lack of out-of-hour support. It connects dealers to customers 24 hours a day with intelligent, human-like conversational interactions, and has the ability to search inventory, quote finance, value part-exchanges, take test drive preferences and book appointments to provide a seamless service.
AIME also qualifies customer interactions and directs the higher quality leads to sales staff. For each lead that reaches the sales team, the agent will have checked stock, quoted finance and valued the part-exchange, reducing the amount of human time required to complete a deal. This, and other new AI-driven functionality developed by Motortech.ai, will be integrated within the key functionality of Keyloop’s Fusion ARP, including the Vehicle Hub inventory management module, the Acquisition Hub website solution and Sales Hub, which connects every step of the sales process.
This milestone enables us to move forward and roll out AIME to Keyloop dealerships across the UK and beyond, while continuing to serve existing and new non-Keyloop customers. We've been working closely with the Keyloop team over the past few months, and I'm excited to see the growing impact she'll have as we deepen the integration across Fusion, cementing her place as the future of automotive communication.
